Website prices in 2026: what does it cost?

Kuzey ÖzelOctober 23, 2026Last updated: October 23, 20266 min

In 2026, a corporate website in Turkey is typically a one-off investment between 17.500 ₺ and 45.000 ₺, depending on scope. At Vinci Studio the Showcase package is 17.500 ₺, Corporate is 30.000 ₺ and Growth is 45.000 ₺ (all + 20% VAT). What really moves the number is not the page count but whether the site is a measurable sales tool.

Website prices in 2026, line by line

The clear figures first. These are the published packages of our web design service; all are one-off payments and exclude 20% VAT.

  • Showcase — 17.500 ₺: up to 5 pages, design made for your business, mobile layout, admin panel, SSL, first year of hosting, WhatsApp integration, monthly backups.
  • Corporate — 30.000 ₺: 10 pages, blog and content module, advanced SEO package, Analytics and Search Console setup, live chat integration, 6 months of update support.
  • Growth — 45.000 ₺: unlimited pages, custom interface with no template, English language support, advanced conversion tracking, optional e-commerce module, custom software integrations, monthly maintenance agreement.

You will see quotes both below and far above this range. A site built for 5.000 ₺ is also a website; the difference usually hides in the six items below.

Six things that set a website's price

Page count and content depth

A five-page introduction site and a site where every service has its own page with its own search target are not the same job. As pages grow, so do the copy, the visuals and the internal linking plan.

Template design or custom design

Buying a ready theme and dropping text into it takes a few days. Building an interface from scratch with the brand's own colour, typography and layout takes weeks. Both are legitimate choices, but they cannot carry the same price.

Who provides content and visuals

If you supply the copy, the process is shorter. If writing the service pages, shooting product photos or producing video falls inside the scope, that is a separate line item.

Integrations

Forms, WhatsApp and maps are standard. A booking system, a payment setup, an accounting or CRM connection, or stock integration will move the price noticeably.

Multiple languages

A second language is more than translated text: it means a separate URL structure, hreflang tags and a separate search target per language. We built Turkish and English on our own site exactly this way.

Measurement and conversion tracking

If you do not know how many enquiries the site brings, that site is a cost line. Setting up Analytics, Search Console and form events correctly is not negotiable for us; it is inside the packages.

Why is a cheap quote cheap?

When you compare quotes, the total is not the only number to read. The fastest way to see where the difference comes from is to ask all three agencies the same three questions: is the admin panel handed over to me, is measurement setup included, and what do I pay in year two?

Most low-priced offers are not made in bad faith, their scope is simply narrow. The pattern we meet often: a ready theme, no admin panel or one that is never handed over, no measurement, a site that loads slowly, and a second-year hosting renewal higher than expected. All of it can be fixed, but fixing usually costs more than building it properly in the first place.

Speed matters in particular: Google describes its page experience signals in the official documentation, and treats 2.5 seconds as the good threshold for Largest Contentful Paint. A slow site struggles to stay under that line however good its content is.

What are the recurring yearly costs?

Beyond the one-off build fee there are three items: the domain (yearly, usually a few hundred lira), hosting (free for the first year in our packages, yearly after that) and an optional maintenance agreement. A quote that does not raise these upfront is an incomplete quote; they surface as a surprise in year two.

Ad budget, social media management and content production are separate headings. Monthly retainers are priced differently; we opened up the social media side in a separate article.

Which package fits which business?

A rough split: for a single-location cafe, hair salon or local service company, Showcase is usually enough — the goal is to make the phone ring. For a clinic, estate agency or B2B company with several services that each need their own search visibility, Corporate fits better; the blog module and advanced SEO package matter there. For businesses selling abroad, connecting custom software or moving into e-commerce, Growth.

Moving between packages is possible too. Starting with Showcase and adding the blog module six months later costs slightly more than buying Corporate upfront, but it is easier on a tight cash flow. What you should not do is spend the budget on design and leave measurement and content empty.

If you are unsure, work backwards: how many enquiries a month would count as a good result for you? The smallest package that can carry that number is the right package. You can look at our previous work on the projects page.

Work that is not in the price but should be asked about

Two jobs start once the site is live: search visibility and content. The search side is no longer only Google rankings; being mentioned inside AI answers takes its own work. We offer that separately under SEO · GEO · AEO, because it is not the same job as building a website and should not be squeezed into the same price.

For the search side of the budget, we broke down what an agency retainer covers in our SEO agency pricing guide.
