Social Media Management Prices in 2026: What You Pay Each Month

Kuzey ÖzelOctober 18, 2026Last updated: October 18, 20267 min

At Vinci Studio, social media management comes in three monthly packages: TRY 12,000, TRY 20,000 and TRY 28,000, each + 20% VAT. What separates them is the number of platforms, monthly content volume, shooting, community management and how often you get reports. Ad spend is not included in any of them.

There's no single price the whole market agrees on, so we won't guess what other agencies charge. We only list our own published packages. The goal is to show you how to read any quote that lands in your inbox.

What determines the price of social media management?

Five things set the monthly fee: how many posts and reels are produced, how much shooting is involved, how many platforms are covered, whether someone handles comments and messages, and how often you get reports. "12 posts a month" can describe very different work in two different quotes, so it helps to ask about each item.

Number of posts and reels

Monthly volume is the most visible item. Our Starter package includes 3 posts a week (12 a month) and 1 reel a week. Growth lists 20 posts a month, and Full lists 30+ posts a month. Look at the type of content as well as the count: a single image, a carousel and a video don't take the same effort.

Shooting and production

A clip filmed on a phone and a planned shoot don't cost the same. Starter includes 1 shoot a month, and Full lists professional production support. Ask who does the shooting, how many hours it takes at your location and how often it happens.

Number of platforms

Starter covers one platform and Growth covers two. Each platform has its own formats and tone, so a second platform means extra work, not a copy of the same content. Pick the place where your customers are actually active rather than being thin everywhere.

Community management

Who replies to comments and messages, and how fast, affects the price. Community management (replying to comments and messages) is listed explicitly in Growth. If a quote doesn't mention it, ask whether the replies fall back on you, because an unanswered message is often a lost customer.

Reporting

Starter includes a monthly performance report and Full includes weekly reporting. Growth lists a monthly strategy call and competitor analysis. A good report doesn't just show numbers. It also answers the question "what will we do next month?"

How much are Vinci Studio's social media management packages?

There are three packages: Starter at TRY 12,000, Growth at TRY 20,000 and Full at TRY 28,000. All are monthly and exclude 20% VAT. The scope items below come straight from each package's published list.

PackageMonthly priceWhat's included
StarterTRY 12,000 + 20% VATOne platform, 3 posts a week (12 a month), 1 reel a week, 1 shoot a month, special-occasion posts, custom visual design, hashtag and content strategy, monthly performance report
GrowthTRY 20,000 + 20% VATTwo platforms, 20 posts a month, reels and short-video production, community management (replying to comments and messages), competitor analysis, monthly strategy call
FullTRY 28,000 + 20% VAT30+ posts a month, influencer collaboration coordination, professional production support, crisis management consulting, weekly reporting, dedicated account manager

The items in the table are each package's own list. If you want to be sure which package includes a specific item, ask to see it in writing in the quote. We describe the full service on our social media management page.

Is ad spend included in the package?

No. These packages cover account management and content production, and ad spend sits outside the package. Ad management is a separate service. Its management fee is TRY 10,000 a month (Starter) or TRY 17,500 a month (Growth), plus 20% VAT. The ad budget itself comes on top of both.

Content and ads feed each other, but they are two separate line items. If a quote says "this much per month", find out up front whether ad spend is inside or outside that number. That one question prevents the biggest surprise at the end of the month.

Which 6 questions should you ask before buying a package?

Six short questions can save you months of frustration. Ask for the answers in writing, not just verbally. If the person giving the quote can't answer them clearly, the work probably isn't clearly defined either.

  1. Content: Exactly how many posts, reels and stories will be produced each month, and are they all in the price?
  2. Shooting: Who does the shooting, where, and how many times a month?
  3. Replies: Who answers comments and messages, and within what time?
  4. Ads: Are ad spend and ad management in the package or separate?
  5. Reports: How often will reports arrive, and what will be in them?
  6. Exit: If I leave, who keeps access to the account, and is there a minimum contract period?

What should you check in a cheap quote?

A low price isn't a problem by itself. The problem is when nobody writes down what's left out. If the price is lower than you expected, read the scope line by line and ask about the gaps. The signs below usually mean the scope has been quietly narrowed.

  • A count but no type: It says "30 posts a month", but it's unclear whether they all come from the same template.
  • No shooting: If shooting isn't mentioned, the content will likely be built from ready-made images.
  • No community management: Comments and messages may be left to you.
  • Vague reporting: There's no report, or it's only a screenshot.
  • A promised result: Be careful with any quote that promises a set follower count or sales figure. Results on social media depend on the account, the business and the budget.

A cheap quote isn't automatically a bad one. For a small business, a narrow but clearly written scope is often better than a broad but vague one. What matters is knowing exactly what you get for the money you pay.

Which package fits your business?

If you're just starting and want to show up regularly on one platform, Starter is a reasonable entry point. If you want to cover two platforms and hand off comments and messages, look at Growth. If you need heavy production, weekly reports and a dedicated account manager, that's what Full is for.

Be honest about your budget when you choose. Besides what you set aside for social media management, think about what you might spend on ads later. Because the two are separate items, your total spend can end up higher than the package price.

Frequently Asked Questions

At Vinci Studio there are three packages: TRY 12,000, TRY 20,000 and TRY 28,000 a month, each + 20% VAT. Other agencies price differently. When you compare quotes, look beyond the price at content volume, shooting and reporting.
