These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the rights and obligations between individuals and legal entities ("User") who visit the vincistudio.com.tr website ("Site") or make use of the services offered by Vinci Studio, and Vinci Studio ("Company"). By continuing to use the Site, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
1. Parties and Scope
This Agreement applies to the use of the content and contact forms offered through the Site, and to all Users who make use of the services offered by Vinci Studio, primarily web design, CMS development, mobile app development, social media management, ad management, and production. Where separate project agreements or proposal documents have been executed with corporate clients, the special provisions of those agreements take precedence over this Agreement.
2. Services Offered
Vinci Studio offers corporate website design and CMS development, responsive (mobile-friendly) web design, custom software development, iOS/Android mobile app development, social media management, Meta Ads and Google Ads ad management, SEO consulting, and digital production services, serving clients across Türkiye primarily through a remote-first working model. The scope, delivery timelines, and price of the services are detailed in the proposal or agreement document separately prepared for the relevant project.
3. User Obligations
The User agrees that the information they submit through the Site or through contact forms is accurate, current, and complete. The User undertakes to use the Site and its contact channels only for lawful purposes, and not to engage in any act that would disrupt the Site's operation, place an excessive load on it, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, text, images, designs, and software elements on the Site belong to Vinci Studio unless otherwise explicitly stated, and are protected by intellectual property rights. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without Vinci Studio's prior written permission. The transfer of intellectual property relating to project outputs produced for clients is governed separately in the relevant project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vinci Studio does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, but exercises reasonable care to keep the Site continuously accessible. Vinci Studio cannot be held responsible for the content of third-party sites accessed through links on the Site. Vinci Studio is not liable for damages arising from force majeure or technical disruptions beyond its control.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site's content may include external links to the official pages of technology providers such as Next.js and Figma, or to relevant industry resources in our blog posts, aimed at enriching the user experience. These links are for informational purposes; Vinci Studio is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these third-party sites.
7. Changes to the Agreement
Vinci Studio reserves the right to unilaterally update the terms of this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement takes effect as soon as it is published on the Site. Users continuing to use the Site under the updated Agreement terms means they accept the changes.
8. Dispute Resolution and Effect
Turkish law applies to any dispute that may arise from the application of this Agreement, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian side) have jurisdiction. This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User visits the Site or begins making use of our services.
