Let's build good work together
Vinci Studio is a small, AI-native studio. We look for people who care about craft, learn fast and like seeing their work go live.
Remote & flexible
We work from anywhere in Türkiye. What matters is the businesses reached and conversations held, not the hours logged.
Tools ready to use
You work with the lead discovery panel we built ourselves: candidate lists, filters, call notes and follow-up reminders.
Real clients
Real businesses, from restaurants to clinics. A conversation you hold can become a proposal within days.
Small team, direct access
No hierarchy. At the proposal stage you work together with the founders.
Open position. We read every application and reply to suitable candidates.
Business Development Representative
Business development · Remote · Türkiye
Someone who researches businesses every day (from local shops to larger companies), makes first contact by phone and WhatsApp, records every conversation and moves interested businesses to a proposal with the team.
What you will do
- Use the lead discovery panel every day to find restaurants, cafés, clinics, beauty salons and similar local businesses as well as larger companies, and spot those without a website or QR menu, or with a weak one
- Make first contact with businesses by phone and WhatsApp and understand what they need
- Log the outcome of every contact in the panel (no answer, spoke, interested, proposal) and make follow-up calls on time
- Move interested businesses to the proposal stage with the team
- Give a short weekly summary: businesses reached, conversations held, proposals made
What we look for
- Fluent Turkish; comfortable, polite and clear on the phone and in writing
- Able to talk in the right tone with everyone from a small business owner to the decision makers of larger companies
- Takes rejection in stride and runs repetitive work with discipline
- Basic computer and browser skills, active Google Maps user
- Plus: sales, call-centre or customer-relations experience; curiosity about digital marketing and websites
Working pattern (full or part time) and pay are settled in the first conversation.
