This policy applies to Zync — Day Counter, the iOS app built by Vinci Studio, and is separate from the privacy policy of the vincistudio.com.tr website. In short: Zync does not collect, share or sell your personal data. Everything you create stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account.
1. Data We Collect
Zync processes only the minimum data needed to run the app, and all of it stays on your device:
• Counter data you create — title, date, icon, note, category and savings settings. Stored locally; synced through your own account if iCloud is enabled. • App preferences — language, view mode, haptics setting. Stored on device via UserDefaults. • Purchase state — whether you own Zync Premium. Used only to unlock premium features.
No names, email addresses, location data, browsing history, contacts, photos or comparable personal information are collected.
2. iCloud Sync
If iCloud is enabled on your device, your counter data is synced across your Apple devices using CloudKit. That transfer happens directly between your devices and Apple's servers.
Vinci Studio never has access to your iCloud data. iCloud use is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
3. In-App Purchases
Zync offers optional premium features (monthly subscription, yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase). All payments are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Only whether you are a premium user is stored on your device. Card details, billing address and other payment data are never passed to Vinci Studio.
4. Tracking and Advertising
Zync does not track you across apps or websites, does not display advertisements, does not use analytics SDKs (Firebase, Mixpanel and the like), and does not share data with advertising networks.
The app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking as false.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
All your data lives on your device and, optionally, in your own iCloud account. Deleting the app removes all of it at any time.
Vinci Studio keeps no Zync user data on external servers. There is therefore no stored record for us to act on in response to a deletion request.
6. Notifications
When you set a reminder for a counter, the app asks permission to send you notifications. Reminders are scheduled entirely on your device; their content is never sent to any server. You can withdraw the permission at any time in iOS Settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Zync does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Using the app requires no account and no personal information.
8. Changes and Contact
If we make a significant change to this policy, this page is updated and the date above changes.
