Zync is a day counter for iOS, built by Vinci Studio. Below are the questions we get most often — if yours is not here, write to us and a human will answer.
Zync schedules notifications on your device, which requires notification permission. Check iOS Settings > Notifications > Zync and make sure they are allowed. If you declined the first prompt, the app cannot ask again — it can only be enabled in Settings. Focus modes can also silence notifications.
