Starting point

Ateş Usta needed three things, all under one roof and consistent with each other: a site that tells the story of a charcoal-fire kitchen, a menu that opens on a phone in seconds at the table, and an admin panel the team can update without writing code. We built all of it from scratch in a single codebase.

How we did it
  1. The real menu first

We started from the client's actual product and price list: 7 categories, 82 items. The category order is fixed — soups, the house signature, always sit in the first tab.

  2. A standalone menu on the guest's phone

The QR menu is designed mobile-first: category tabs, live search, and photo cards. It opens independently of the rest of the site, so a guest scanning the code lands straight on the menu instead of a corporate page.

  3. Management without code

The password-protected panel handles adding, editing, deleting, unpublishing items, and updating prices and categories. Sessions use a signed cookie, every change is re-verified on the server, and uploaded photos are converted to WebP automatically.

  4. Brand voice and search visibility

A hero that opens with a cinematic soup clip, plus about, branches and map pages, and a blog with categories, tags and JSON-LD schema. Performance of 92 on mobile and 95 on desktop; SEO score 100 on both.
