Paşam Lounge's social media accounts had just been opened, and ad management wasn't happening yet due to budget constraints — so we directed the first investment into a QR menu system guests use instantly at the table, one that looks flawless on mobile. With category tabs, live search, and photo-backed product cards, we built a high-impact digital experience on a limited budget.
